How to Place an Order

For security reasons, we do not accept phone orders. To place an order, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the product page of the item you wish to purchase.
  2. Select the desired quantity and click the "Add to Cart" button.
  3. You will be asked to create an account or log in to your existing account.
  4. During checkout, confirm or enter the shipping address and payment details.
  5. Once completed, proceed with the order.

International Shipping Policy

Currently we ship to Italy, United Kingdom, Germany, United States, and the Netherlands. International delivery times may vary depending on the location and customs procedures.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number. To track your package:

  1. Click the “View Order Status” link in the email to access the tracking page.
  2. Alternatively, copy the tracking number from the email and visit the courier's website (DHL or BRT Bartolini) to enter the tracking number and get real-time updates.

Note: if the customer refuses delivery or does not pick up their order within the specified time period (usually 5-7 days), we (merchants) are not responsible for the delivery refusal and cannot provide any refund.

Address Change

If your item has not yet been shipped, you can request an address change by sending an email to customer service at Support@eleganza-milano.com. Once an item has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
