Products ordered by mistake can be returned if they have not been used and are in the original packaging. Customized products, such as made-to-measure items, cannot be returned.

A full refund will be made via the original payment method once we have received, checked, and confirmed that the products have not been opened. All customers must contact us after shipping the package and provide tracking details so that we can process the refund.
Most financial institutions take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund.
Do I have to pay shipping costs for the return?
Yes, all customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the return. We recommend sending the return with a tracking option, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
Can I return my product without contacting you?
You must contact us before sending the return, as the return address may differ from the one from which the original order was shipped.

My order is damaged, what should I do?
For quick processing, you can attach a photo showing the poor quality or damaged part of the item. The best photos are taken on a flat surface, where the logo and defect are clearly visible. This information will be used to assist you with your order and to prevent errors in the future.
If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Important note on cancellations
Due to the rapid processing of bulk orders, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed. We understand this may be inconvenient, but our logistics processes do not allow cancellations once the order has been confirmed.

Return in 4 simple steps
- Send an e-mail to Support@ eleganza-milano.com to request a return form. Please read the terms carefully in the form before returning the product to our sorting center.
- Fill out the return form.
- Ship your order along with the completed return form to the provided address. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs. Make sure the package has a tracking code.
- After receiving the package, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 5 days.
Exchange in 4 simple steps (in case of size issues)
- Send an e-mail to Support@ eleganza-milano.com and indicate the order number and the new desired size. You will then receive an exchange form.
- Fill out the exchange form.
- Ship your order along with the completed exchange form to the provided address. Make sure the package has a tracking code.
- Once the package is received, we will send you the correct size free of charge.
Exchange in 4 simple steps (for defective products)
- Send an e-mail to Support@ eleganza-milano.com and attach photos or a short video of the defective product. Briefly describe the problem.
- Our team will validate the product after receiving the photos/videos.
- In case of positive validation, our team will send you a replacement product free of charge.
- Our customer service will provide you with tracking information for the shipment of the replacement product, so you can monitor its status.
